The Sugar Rush team offers a welcoming and engaging environment for young cheerleaders. This rec team is specifically designed for ages 7-12, providing an excellent foundation in cheerleading with a strong emphasis on fun and skill development.
Beginner-friendly
Designed for ages 7 - 12, our Sugar Rush team is perfect for those new to cheerleading. We accept beginners. A tryout is required. Sign up below for a private evaluation.
Practice schedule
Practices are held weekly on Sundays from 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM and Fridays from 6:30 - 8:00 PM, from June through April. Consistency builds confidence!

The Sugar Rush team will participate in five exciting and beginner-friendly competitions throughout the season, offering a fantastic introduction to competitive cheer.

With one additional travel end of season event TBA.
Costs and enrollment
Tuition for the Sugar Rush team is $135 per month. Please note that additional costs apply for uniforms, choreography fees, and competition fees. Full cost breakdown (uniform, comp fees, etc.) provided at your free trial — no obligation.
